First let me start by saying - Welcome! The domaining industry is still in its infancy so you are getting on-board at a great time. There are a few good places to start:
First - read Domaining.com everyday. This website collects all of the top domaining blogs in one place - this is a great place to learn from seasoned domainers.
Next - check-out forums like DNForum and NamePros. Stay-away from Digital Point as this forum is full of scammers. Namepros is a great place for new domainers to start.
Learn how to build a website and start developing some domains you think have the potential to be valuable. You can learn through websites like DNJournal to see a list of domain sales and understand what prices particular domain names are commanding.
The best thing you can do is buy some domains, start developing and begin experimenting with services like Sedo and Afternic. The most important thing you can do is stay positive and remember you might not sell a domain as quickly as you think - the important thing to know is that you will sell your domains and the longer you wait, if developed, more likely the greater the value.
In the end you want to have a portfolio of domains with strong keyword names that are generating revenue. Hope this helps and feel free to continue to ask questions!
Thanks for the prompt reply, domaining.com has already become a favourite, i will be going through the rest and if i have any questions i hope this will be best place to ask it.
