Flip Domains and Profit

I've only been using a computer everyday and internet marketing since June 1st. Is selling your website considered domain flipping?

You can flip undeveloped domains or you can flip developed names. When a domainer "develops" a domain for flipping, usually only basic content is actually on the domain -- enough to get it indexed in Google and making some adsense revenue.

If you've got a big Website that's got history, backlinks, user-contributed content, then that's just selling your website, not really flipping...
